Job Title: Financial Process Specialist

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting for the expense module.
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficient enhancements of new features and functionality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and gain efficiency through Workday best practices.
  • Lead finance workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions.
  • Be the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Perform tasks such as understanding business requirements, configuring Workday solutions, and assisting businesses in testing.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks.
  • Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies.
  • Responsible for thorough testing and analysis of new features and functionality.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Extend, and integration development.
  • Ability to customize Workday Expense and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
  • Hands-on experience developing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
