Customer Retention Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Manager to lead our CRM campaigns and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaign strategies that foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Task Management: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Customer Journey Design: Craft compelling customer experiences across lifecycle touchpoints to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and optimize results.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve future strategies.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with CRM vendors, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and tracking new feature rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment and drive results through data-driven decision-making.
