
Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records and manage stock keeping of electronic items, office stationery, and other supplies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating pantry management, ensuring that kitchen supplies are adequately stocked and organized. They will also oversee housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
In this role, the candidate will assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and event spaces, provide support in managing office equipment, and troubleshoot minor technical issues. They will also facilitate internal communication by distributing information and scheduling appointments as needed.
Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks, offering administrative support where necessary. They will review and renew company policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements:- 3-5+ years of experience in handling office administration
- Very good knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Excel
- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA or equivalent
