- Maintain and update key software platforms and compliance documentation.
- Process expense reports and perform routine administrative tasks to support senior principals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business operations aligned with New York business hours, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and reduce administrative burdens.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative or operational experience.
- Bachelor's degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
