Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will possess 0-2 years of experience in customer support, with a preference for candidates from the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
  • Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.

Customer Service (Voice Process)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through written channels, including email and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, and other services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer communications.
