About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and resolving complaints via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Tech, Operations, Product) to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Communication preferred).
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer support/executive roles (app or tech industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs.
