Job Description

We are seeking an experienced digital personalization specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To design, develop and implement personalized customer experiences across various digital channels.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into our marketing strategies.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in personalization.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices.
  • Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and working with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification.
  • Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization.
