Dynamic Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance our systems, manage upgrades, and drive end-to-end automation using Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support D365 F&O upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Customize and configure modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Inventory.
  • Design and integrate solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage data migration, reporting, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
  • A deep understanding of F&O modules and architecture.
  • Proven experience integrating D365 with Power Platform.
  • Skill in configurations, customizations, and data strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An advantage: Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or D365 certifications.
