Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

This job opening is for an experienced Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail business processes and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead functional workshops, configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules, and provide end-to-end support during implementation phases.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing functional documentation, troubleshooting and resolving POS-related issues, and staying updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail and hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
