Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our company's IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications and systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in leading and managing large IT projects. They will be responsible for overseeing the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of D365 environment, implementing optimization, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications and systems
  • Oversee overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of D365 environment ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Implement optimization, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues, lead IT projects, integrations, migrations
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving current business processes and controls
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Troubleshoot Software Applications related to internal IT applications

Requirements:
