About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead to oversee high-profile projects and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and remote monitoring to ensure quality control and adherence to checklists and work method statements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on key initiatives such as SOPs and new projects.
Requirements:
  • A management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong project management, engineering, or architecture background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of site execution for home renovations.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven approach with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Past experience in project management or operations is essential.
  • Comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills.
