About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Program Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives, facilitating planning workshops, and supporting resource forecasting.

Job Responsibilities

The Manager, Program Management - Integrated Planning & Resourcing Support role involves:

  • Maintaining and updating integrated workplans to reflect program activities, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning across multiple initiatives.
  • Summarizing strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing.
  • Ensuring smooth user experience of project management tooling and assisting with configuration updates.
  • Facilitating preparation and execution of integrated planning workshops.
  • Supporting other enterprise activities such as corporate planning and segment updates.

This is a critical position that requires strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, as well as experience managing integrated workplans and resource forecasting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Overall Experience range of 7 – 11 Years.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing and updating integrated workplans.
  • Familiarity with resource forecasting and capacity planning processes.
  • Experience facilitating planning workshops and/or events.
  • Skilled in designing and maintaining process documentation.
