Project Management Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to drive operational metrics and KPIs for our engineering teams.

This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to establish analytics and reporting systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present KPI metrics to engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) Lifecycle and support revenue realization for India-accountable NPIs.
  • Analyze and derive insights from data to prioritize business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead day-to-day change management and track operational initiatives across engineering teams.
  • Generate and manage data dashboards, ensuring accuracy in reporting and decision-making.
