Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of our recruitment services.
This key position involves monitoring performance metrics, enforcing operational discipline, and driving process improvements across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
- Monitor position closure timelines to ensure client expectations are met.
- Enforce quality standards through rigorous CV checks and workflow optimization.
- Develop performance dashboards to visualize team output and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operations/process delivery governance is required. Strong expertise in building and monitoring delivery metrics is essential.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of data visualization/reporting platforms and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Exposure to client SLA management and compliance requirements is also desirable.
