Senior Legal Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our legal operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and providing expert legal advice to our business teams.
Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents to ensure timely renewal and proper execution.
- Litigation Management: Handle ongoing litigations, arbitrations, and disputes, coordinating with external lawyers and providing necessary documentation.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, updating management on changes in the legal and regulatory framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Real Estate, and Contract Law
- Good Drafting, Negotiation, and Communication Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
- Attention to Detail & Confidentiality
