Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can drive lead conversion, client engagement, and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and expand our existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads generated from social media and websites into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Offline Sales: Assist walk-in clients at our office, providing detailed information about our accounting and legal services and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Field Sales: Visit potential clients at their offices, explaining our services in detail and closing sales deals.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers regarding payments, fostering long-term relationships, and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in accounting or legal services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
