We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager / Account Manager / Account Strategist / Client Servicing Manager to handle our Global Accounts.

What will be your Mission as the Client Success Manager?

  • On-board new clients and completely own the delivery and Quality Control
  • Help clients grow their sales & profits with Amazon Ads
  • Ensure 100% Client Happiness & Retention
  • Become the client's go-to expert on matters of Amazon

What will you be responsible for?

  • Maintain a Client Satisfaction score of 10/10 each quarter
  • Turn Clients into Agency evangelists within the first 3 months
  • Drive Client Growth while maintaining W/W KPIs with the support of the Campaign managers
  • Develop Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly PPC Management plans to achieve revenue & ROAS goals
  • Deliver Accurate Weekly/monthly reports with Actionable insights for the Client / Campaign Managers
  • Ensure seamless communication between Agency & clients with a focus on honesty, clarity & coherence.
  • Build & Optimise Client Relationship Management Knowledge Base & Best Practices

Core Skills & Requirements

  • FLUENT COMMUNICATION - Ability to communicate with Global Clients about effective Strategies and best practices used by the agency to grow their business.
  • EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE - Extensive experience in building client relationships
  • Amazon Advertising/ Amazon Seller Central experience
  • Project Management experience in handling complex eCommerce catalogs with 100k+ SKUs across Global Markets
  • Understanding of the Remote Work Culture & Tools required to work efficiently.
  • Fast Laptop & Internet - SSD Hard Drive, At least 4 GB RAM or above
  • And most of all - A Growth Mindset
