Key Account Manager

Job Purpose:
Central point of contact for Hospitals (Key or large Accounts) for promoting diagnostics tests to key stakeholders of hospitals like Doctors, KOLs, Nursing homes, Lab Admin, Consultants, CXO's, Purchase dept, Pathology Head etc to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder connect & management
• Playing an integral role in new business pitches to CXO, Purchase dept with an aim to acquire new customers and retaining existing accounts
• Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders in Hospitals
• Drive CRM tool to gather sales insights for enabling business revenue growth.
• Plan market activation and channel engagement programs
• Lab Head & administrator connect to build a strong relationship
• Invite National conferences & CMEs to engage with consulting Doctors
• Onsite activities to connect with hospital patients
Business Development
• Plan, forecast and generate Sales
• Penetrate into new accounts – Competition account, new diseases, new hospitals
Revenue deliverables
• New hospital tieups
• Penetrate into existing accounts by new test addition and prevent churn
Operational Excellence
• Drive alignment across the organization for service delivery.
• Champion and Own the Account on following aspects - Strategy, Business Model, Customer Expectations, Customer Value creation, seamless IT-related integrations, credit management, Key stakeholder engagement, doctor connect, engagement plan.
• Ensure service deliverable in line with the Service level Agreement (SLA)
