About the Role
  • Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with key clients.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints promptly.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to meet key clients' needs.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
  • Developing a deep understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
  • Reaching out to prospective clients and converting them into customers.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous target achievement.
  • Able to build rapport and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Open to flexible work arrangements tailored to target geographies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
