About the Role
- Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints promptly.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Collaborating with demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to meet key clients' needs.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
- Developing a deep understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
- Reaching out to prospective clients and converting them into customers.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous target achievement.
- Able to build rapport and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Open to flexible work arrangements tailored to target geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
