We are a well-established business group based in New Delhi since 1978, specializing in the manufacturing and trading of Liquor, Packaging, Agriculture Products, etc. With over 45 years of experience, we have a strong presence in the packaging industry and a legacy of working with leading brands.

In 1991, we entered the Beer & Soft Drink Industry by setting up India's Largest Brewery & Soft Drink Plant under technical guidance from Carlsberg Breweries. We have 23 years of experience in launching & marketing international beer & soft drink brands in India.

Currently, we are preparing for the launch of a premium Craft Beer brand – 'Chaar Brewing Co Pvt Ltd.' in April 2025, with a range of 5-6 Draught Beers to be served on taps across bars in India. Our unique Cold Logistics system will enable us to deliver fresh, unpasteurized beer in One-Way Kegs, making us the first company in India to use this technology.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager – HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) to drive sales and establish our new Craft Beer brand in the HoReCa segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key HoReCa clients, ensuring optimal product placement, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

- Identify and onboard key accounts (Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Nightclubs, Cafés) for our - Chaar Brewing Co. brand.

- Drive sales growth and market penetration in the HoReCa segment across multiple cities/states.

- Manage relationships with distributors, C&F agents, and on-premise retail partners.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

- Ensure maximum visibility & availability of the brand in high-traffic HoReCa outlets.

2. Account Management & Client Relationships:

- Build strong relationships with bar managers, hotel F&B managers, and restaurant owners.

- Conduct regular client visits to understand market needs and feedback.

- Work closely with the marketing team to organize events, promotions, and activations at HoReCa outlets.

- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts.

3. Brand Promotion & Marketing Support:

- Work with the marketing & brand teams to create promotional campaigns for HoReCa.

- Ensure brand compliance, signage, and merchandising at all partner outlets.

- Plan launch events, beer tastings, and brand awareness programs in collaboration with outlets.

- Educate bartenders & F&B staff on beer styles, flavors, and serving techniques.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting:

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments in the craft beer space.

- Provide regular sales and market intelligence reports to senior management.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities in the premium beer segment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality.

- 5-8 years of experience in sales & account management within the Beer, Alcohol, or Beverage industry (preferably in HoReCa).

- Strong network of contacts in the bar, restaurant, and hotel industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

- Knowledge of beer brands, brewing processes, and beverage distribution is a plus.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
