Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to the Board of Directors to support our board in carrying out their duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, organize, and prepare board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Draft meeting agendas in consultation with the board.
- Prepare minutes of board and committee meetings and ensure proper distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Estimated Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
