Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Secretarial Operations Manager to join our team at Bharat Business Innovations Pvt Ltd. This is a key role that will be responsible for providing secretarial services to the company and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a Company Secretary and will be responsible for handling ROC matters, preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, maintaining statutory books, and coordinating with directors and senior management. They will also be responsible for tracking regulatory updates on a weekly basis and managing ESOPs of private companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ROC Matters: Handle all ROC matters of private companies, including preparation of documents and filings.
  • Board Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
  • Statutory Books Maintenance: Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle correspondence, collate information, and communicate decisions of relevant subsidiary companies.
  • Compliance Management: Manage compliance of deemed public and Private companies, including compliances under SEBI Regulation, Companies Act, 2013 and secretarial standards.
  • Agreement Drafting: Draft various agreements as required by the company.
  • ESOP Management: Manage ESOPs of private companies independently.
