Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team at Hiranandani Financial Services. This role will involve managing various corporate actions, including the preparation of secretarial documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine corporate actions, including Share Capital increases, Private Placement, and Rights Issues.
  • Prepare secretarial documentation for Board and Committee meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Liaise with regulators (RBI, MCA, ROC, FIU) and external auditors.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of routine secretarial compliances is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • Relevant experience in NBFC or similar industries will be an added advantage.
