Job Description:
Piramal Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliances under the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing (LODR) Regulations, and Corporate Laws.

Responsibilities:
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing (LODR) Regulations, and Corporate Laws as applicable to other business processes and functions.
- Web-Based Compliance Tool: Manage and drive the web-based compliance tool to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintenance of records.
- Preparations and Minutes: Prepare resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes of board and committee meetings in accordance with secretarial standards.
- Communication and Implementation: Communicate and implement Board decisions and policies across various departments.
- Annual Report and Meetings: Assist in preparing the annual report and conducting general meetings or postal ballots as required.
- Insider Trading Regulations: Handle compliances under SEBI Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations and SDD Tool.
- Investor Communication: Handle investor grievances and communicate effectively with RTA, CDSL, NSDL, etc., for transfer, transmission, and dematerialization of shares.
- Regulatory Authorities: Coordinate with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities (ROC, RBI, SEBI, MCA), Depositories, and handle regulatory audits and inspections.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines. They must be proficient in using web-based compliance tools and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
