Help Desk Technical Support Specialist

We are a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Estimated Salary: ₹4,50,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annumThis salary estimate is based on industry standards for the location and the level of experience required for this role.
Job Description:The Help Desk Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service desk calls, emails, and tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage incidents according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Educate users on best practices for security, software usage, and IT policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong technical skills, including basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network basics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
