Help Desk Support Specialist

At Compucom, we're looking for a talented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in IT support.
We're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Diagnosing and resolving moderate to complex technical problems associated with application software, operating systems, and hardware.
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve user problems and escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training.
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Mac, and Mobile (iOS & Android) operating systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
