The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth across Eastern India, overseeing end-to-end business development and regional strategy execution. - Own regional revenue targets and deliver consistently.">
- Drive closures in IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and drone tech platforms.">
- Build multi-sector pipelines across education, smart cities, PSU, logistics, and healthcare.">
- Strategic Market Expansion:">

- Design localized sales strategies for each state.">
- Prospect emerging cities with high digital transformation needs.">
- Lead B2B and B2G deal cycles from prospecting to closure.">

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA preferred.">
- Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years managing regional teams.">
- Exposure: Strong familiarity with Eastern India's enterprise & government ecosystem.">
