Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager for marketing our SuperFelt - exclusive range of non-woven carpets, designed to combine durability with modern aesthetics. The candidate should have a proven track record of 10+ years to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in garments, plastic chairs, flooring and decoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Eastern & North Eastern India. Knowledge of PAN India would be added advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decorators, event based companies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the garments, plastic chairs, flooring and decoration sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a wide geographical area.
- Proven previous sales track record in achieving or surpassing targets.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
