About the role:

We are seeking a seasoned School Partnership Manager to join our team. This key position involves establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with school leaders, principals, and decision-makers.

  • Leverage your professional network to onboard schools into our educational initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or marketing.
  • 5-8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • A proven track record of building and sustaining institutional relationships.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience working with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • A strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • The ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.

Key performance indicators for this role include:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
  • School retention and repeat participation rates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
