Your Role in Our Story

We need a navigator who can look at data, see patterns others miss, and turn those into actions that drive real impact. As our Growth Program Manager, your role is to be both the analyst and the strategist, the operator and the project driver. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Strategy and Execution: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces. Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations). Manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Project & Program Management: Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops. Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
