Job Description

This is a leadership role in our organization where you will be responsible for managing a customer service team. You will handle end-to-end queries, requests, and complaints from customers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Managing customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Resolving customer complaints and escalations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Cross-selling or upselling products to increase revenue.
  4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.
  5. Coordinating with other departments to deliver end-result services to customers.
  6. Maintaining management information systems (MIS) and dashboards to track performance.
  7. Developing team members to improve their performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Sound market and system knowledge.
  • Product knowledge in HL/LAP/Business Loan.
  • Computer proficiency in handling emails, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, LMS, LOS, and digital means.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with a good academic background.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the service industry (banking/NBFC sector).
  • Experience in handling customer requests through walk-ins, emails, and telephonic calls is preferable.
  • Team management experience.
