This is a crucial role within our organization, focused on ensuring seamless renewal processes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of data analysis and documentation preparation. Experience with tools such as SalesForce, Gainsight, and Conga is highly desirable.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives to prepare client renewal documents, including contract quotes and supporting materials.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client data to create customized documentation, collaborating with internal teams to identify necessary actions for a successful renewal process, and building strong working relationships across departments.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software.
