About our exciting opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the procurement of site-level civil items. As a key member of our project team, you'll ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to support our solar projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procuring site-level civil items locally within approved budget limits
  • Cordinating with Project Managers to guarantee timely material availability in accordance with construction schedules
  • Aligning with our SCM team on procurement status, vendor approvals, and project deliverables
  • Maintaining accurate records of local vendors and consumables
  • Ensuring procurement adheres to company policies, compliance, and quality standards
  • Monitoring and reporting material inflow/outflow, consumption, and stock levels
  • Safeguarding against material shortages, delays, or quality issues at the site

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of civil construction materials and consumables
  • Familiarity with local procurement practices and vendor management
  • Proficiency in procurement documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices)
  • Excellent coordination and negotiation skills for vendor interaction
  • The ability to work closely with site teams and HO SCM under tight timelines
  • B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent SCM/procurement experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain of construction/renewable/industrial projects
