Corporate Wellness Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Corporate Wellness Professional to lead our yoga program and drive wellness initiatives within the corporate environment. This role is perfect for an experienced yoga instructor who can create engaging sessions, develop structured programs, and collaborate with our wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.

About the Role:
As a Corporate Wellness Professional, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality yoga sessions tailored to corporate employees. You will work closely with our wellness team to align your programming with organisational goals and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting high-quality, inclusive yoga sessions (beginner to advanced) tailored to corporate employees.
  • Designing structured yoga and mobility programs that align with organisational wellness goals.
  • Maintaining session schedules, attendance, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborating with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A 200-hour or above recognised yoga certification (e.g. YCB, RYT-200).
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset: not just creative ideas, but the ability to make them happen.
  • Professionalism: punctual, dependable, and able to manage schedules independently.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage diverse groups of employees with confidence.
