Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer to join our team as a skilled Solution Designer and System Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ability to design, configure, and support end-to-end solutions.

This role involves working on solution development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure seamless delivery of SPM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as ServiceNow Admin with strong SPM experience and provide high-level technical guidance.
  • Hands-on expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and comprehensive solution design.
  • Perform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to optimize system performance.
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure quality assurance.
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts to maintain system integrity.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems to resolve technical complexities.
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to streamline processes.
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues to guarantee system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations, with knowledge of best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, including configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support to ensure smooth operations.
