Tele Caller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services, fostering strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify customer needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations for products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, driving business growth and success.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects through email or phone calls, consistently exceeding targets and expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales targets. If you have proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer service sales role, we invite you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent, driven by a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
