Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled sales professional with a strong technical background to drive business success through technology and expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to grasp and explain technical requirements to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and generating qualified leads for IT services. They will also understand client technical requirements and align them with company offerings, conduct discovery calls, prepare client-specific presentations, and participate in client calls when required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and generate qualified leads for IT services

  • Create proposals and support end-to-end sales cycles with internal coordination
  • Maintain and report on lead pipeline, progress, and conversions
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales in the IT services domain
  • Strong IT background with the ability to grasp and explain technical requirements to clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in preparing client-specific PPTs and sales collateral
  • Self-driven, motivated, and willing to play a major role in developing a sales function within a startup
