
Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in our sales force, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.
The primary objective of this position will be to identify and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market, emphasizing an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
To achieve this, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, leveraging your knowledge of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and providing insights into sales performance.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries, is essential for this role. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of our lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
