
Travel and Tourism Sales Professional

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales pipelines, digital marketing techniques, and B2B/B2C outreach. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads through various channels, developing and executing lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities, managing CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting, working closely with the sales and marketing team to create targeted campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate customers, assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, and travel exhibitions, providing market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning and sales strategies, and achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales in the travel industry
* Solid understanding of sales funnel management and digital marketing tools
* Experience with CRM systems, e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of domestic and international travel products is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
* Multilingual abilities are an advantage
* Passion for travel and tourism.
