
Travel Telephone Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Telecaller located in Salem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
- Experience with customer service and outbound calling
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
- Ability to understand the nature of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages.
• Answer customer inquiries, handle bookings and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and provide professional communication and problem-solving services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
