We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our sales team as a Telecommunications Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, pitching our digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present our services and expand our customer base.
• Pitch our digital marketing solutions and explain service benefits to secure new business opportunities.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding and smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling/telesales or related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records accurately.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle client objections confidently.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
