Responsibilities
- Provide chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver **excellent customer service**, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize **problem-solving skills** to identify and resolve customer problems or complaints.
- Manage time effectively to **handle multiple chat** conversations simultaneously.
- **Coordinate with internal departments **to gather information and provide accurate responses to customers.
- Demonstrated **patience and empathy** when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize **Microsoft Office tools** to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in training new chat support executives and provide guidance as needed.
- Stay updated on **product knowledge and company policies** to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in any field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar chat support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments and gather information.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar.
- Flexible to work in a full-time employment type.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
