**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
- Strategically develop and manage portfolios aiming to cross ₹10 Cr in value.
- Operate autonomously with freedom to test, fail, and innovate in your approach.
- Lead from the front—initiate partnerships, create new business channels, and represent the company at key events.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape future sales strategies.
- Maintain client relationships with a customer-first, high-impact approach.
- Strong intrapreneurial drive—self-starter, risk-taker, and problem solver.
- Proven experience in investment/sales roles, preferably with a financial or wealth management background.
- Innovative mindset with a history of initiating improvements or new business within past roles.
- Resilient under pressure and highly adaptable in fast-changing markets.
- A track record of exceeding targets and owning results end-to-end.
