
Senior Sales Consultant

This is a role for an accomplished professional looking to advance their career in real estate. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition and existing client retention.
This includes making targeted sales calls to potential clients, converting leads received from various marketing channels, and setting up meetings with potential clients by understanding their requirements and converting them into business opportunities.
- Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads to ensure existing clients remain satisfied and continue to do business with the company.
The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets, which includes selling apartments and plots to clients.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
- Real Estate License (optional) is preferred.
