
Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our logistics team. This role requires prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
- Presents and promotes logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Accurately documents all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborates with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meets and exceeds daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- Must be able to work US business hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
