Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic guidance on complex legal matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on regulatory compliance matters.

In addition, the candidate will work closely with our business teams to identify and mitigate risks, and provide training on important legal developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in contract management, product advisory and governance
  • Strong knowledge of FinTech business, Companies Act, RBI (PAPG and KYC) & FEMA regulations, data privacy laws and contract management related work in digital payments
  • Drafting, communication and influence building skills
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
