**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Assist in client communications, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and management) for execution/client requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reports, and CRM management) or G Suite.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles in the engineering or manufacturing sector (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and customer insights.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales role.
