
Business Expansion Specialist

Job Overview:
This role involves driving sales strategy, expanding business operations, and generating revenue in assigned territories. The primary objective is to achieve sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and fostering strong relationships with existing merchants for recurring business while adding new merchants for overall expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Channel Development:
• Identify suitable distribution channels across assigned territories
• Develop and manage sales distribution channels to drive revenue growth
Merchant Relationships:
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with current and potential merchants
• Foster an atmosphere that promotes sales and revenue growth
Team Management:
• Lead a dedicated team to drive merchant acquisition and servicing within assigned geographical areas
• Train key merchants on payment solutions and present products
Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service, and quality of service
• Monitor competition and share inputs with the leadership team
Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate/MBA with a good academic record
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields
• Hands-on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement, and payment solutions
