  • A successful candidate will possess exceptional networking skills, enabling them to effectively communicate project value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential, as well as the ability to facilitate collaboration between clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in the furniture manufacturing industry, including knowledge of specifications for finishes and machinery operations, is required.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve business targets.
  • A proven track record of business development in the architectural, PMC, furniture, and interior design industries is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is also required.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team, taking on additional responsibilities as the business grows, and handle client calls, estimate costs, confirm estimates, and oversee timely delivery of finished products.
  • They will also engage with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless project execution.
