
City Expansion Strategist

Cult Fit, a leading wellness platform, aims to make fitness accessible to all. Founded in 2016, the company offers various services, from group workouts to gyms and personalized solutions.
The Senior City Expansion Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our franchise business in North India. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Selection & Market Analysis
- Conduct thorough site visits, feasibility assessments, and competitive analysis to identify optimal locations.
- Collaborate with partners to align their goals with the company strategy.
- Real Estate Negotiations & Support
- Facilitate communication between partners and property owners or the real estate team.
- Streamline lease negotiations and accelerate closure timelines.
- Oversee documentation and compliance requirements during the acquisition process.
- Business Planning & Financial Oversight
- Develop comprehensive business plans and financial projections for new centers with partners.
- Ensure alignment between partner objectives and company performance expectations.
- Monitor key business milestones (target rent, presales, and hiring) throughout the center development process.
- Market & Competition Analysis
- Analyze competition and market trends to evaluate proposed locations.
- Gather data on branded retail presence, residential density, and other key data points.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, franchise management, real estate, or market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
